Instructions to make to make Dal, Rice, Mushroom subji, bean, karala
- First wash your mushroom heating boiling water let them cook cleaned nicely let them, in a soft materials adding few drops of haldi powder and salt keep aside drain the water completely. Take a kadai pour refined oil add bay leaves few, jeera, onion, tomato, haldi few drops, add cashnew nut, red chilli, please add ginger and garlic fresh one teaspoon each let them cook nicely. Transfer into mixie jar make a good paste keep it aside...

Take a kadai pour some refined oil pour black rai, urad dal, chana dal, chilli (dry) 2nos, please add a pinch of hing into it. Let them split then add your bean subji add curry masala, grated coconut decorate it keep aside pour the subji in a glass bowl.
- Karala subji. Cut into small piece add salt, chilli powder, gunpowder keep it aside for some time. Take a kadai pour some refined oil after sometime pour black rai, please add hing few drops, then immediately add your karala masala mix let them fry into golden colour fry. Pour into glass bowl
- Take boiled and smashed moog dal keep it aside. Take a kadai pour refined oil few drops into it. Let them heat for sometime crack black rai, jeera, hing, curry leaves, green chilli, everything cook for some time add your cut onion, tomato let them cook slowly add haldi, jeera powder, curry powder, salt, and let them cook for some time finally when it is cooked decorate with coriander leaves. If you want you can add lemon drops (few) after shifting to your vessel. Eat with hot rice pouring some
