- Wash & soaked dal for 30 min. In cooker add 1 table spoon ghee roast jeera, add finely chopped onion saute it, till color change.
- Add dry spices & tomato, cooked it till soft. Add some drops of water & cover with lid for 2 min. Now add dal without water.
- Again roast it to mix all ingredients together. Add kasuri methi & water(250ml) cook on 2 whistle.
- Now take a tadka pan add 1 table spoon ghee roast hing, finely chopped garlic and ginger slices. When it trun golden spread on dal.
- Garnish with fresh coriander. If required add some black pepper. Tasty, easy and flavored dal is ready for serve.
