  7. Mixture is thick and started leaving the pan surface.Add remaining ghee.Mix well.
  8. Transfer the mixture on butter paper /greased tray.Sprinkle pistachio flakes,levelthe surface and keep in frigde for 2-3hours.
  9. After 3 hours the mixture is set well.Cut into desired shapes.Moong dal burfee is ready to be served.
