- 1 cup black Masoor daal
- 1/2 red Masoor Daal
- 1.5 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 4-5 glass water
- 2 tbsp oil
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 tsp sour salt
- Ingredients for tarka
- 1/2 cup oil
- 6-7 chopped garlic cloves
Steps to make to make Malka Masoor Daal
- Together ingredients then add both Daals in a pan and wash then then rince there water and add 4 class of water in it... Now add 1.5tbsp of red chilli powder 1tbsp turmeric powder and 1tbsp garlic paste
- Now add 2 tbsp of oil in it and let it cook it will take 45 to 50 mints to be tenderzed.. When it was tenderize then add salt..
- Now add 1/4tsp of sour salt further cook for 5 mints then shut stove and put aside
- Then for tarka add 1/2cup oil in a pan and chopped 6 to 7garlic cloves let them golden brown
- Now add it over Daal and serve with chawal salad and crackers...
