  1. Make paste from ginger & tomato in grinder. Now in a pan add oil,jeera & hing roast it.
  2. Now add grind masala & roast it till color change. It take time, so on slow flame add some water drops & roast it.
  3. Add all dry spices & besan in masala, stir it for 2 min add curd in it. Now cover it & leave it for some time. When masala cooked proper it leaves oil.
  4. Now add methi & garam masala. Mix it proper & add 1.5 cup of water. Leave it boil on low flame.When water boiled proper, off the flame.
  5. Take bhalla & do soft it with fork, now add this in room temperature boiled water. After some time check it.
  6. Bhalla soaked much curry. Before serve add cream & fresh coriander in it. Yummy & easy curry is ready.
