- Pakwan
Soak chana dal for 2 to 3 hours
Pressure cooker with salt and turmeric powder for 2 whistles
When the cooker cools down open it
Remove the chana dal in a container keep aside - In a pan add some oil. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida green chillies, curry leaves dry Red chillies grated ginger garlic paste.

In a mixing bowl add 2 cups plain flour,
