  1. Soak Urad daal and Rajma in water for overnight. In the morning take these both in pressure cooker and add 1 tsp salt and boil till 5 whistles. Allow to cool and open.
  2. Now in a pan take butter. Add whole spices, jeera and onion paste. Fry this well and Now add dry spices and again fry well. Then add ginger julians and chopped green chillies.
  3. Now add tomato puree and fry till oil release. Finally add boiled rajma and daal and mix well with all ingredients. Now cover the lid and allow it to cook for 5 minutes at low to medium flame.
  4. Now add 1 cup fresh malai and mix it well. Add chopped coriander.
  5. So The tasty and delicious Daal Makhani is ready to serve.
