- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Masala
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste

- 1 tsp zeera powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- salt to taste

- Clean and wash the Daal.
Soak daal mash for 2 hours. - Take a pressure cooker add Daal Mash, cinnamon stick, turmeric powder, water and boil remove the skim add 1 tbsp oil. Daal is soft drain water and keep aside.
