  15. 5-6 small green chillies
  16. 1 little fresh coriander chopped

  1. Soak the rice and lentil together for at-least 1 hour.
  2. In a wok add ghee and onion. Sauté till onion are light brown.
  3. Add the whole spices and mix. Add a little water.
  4. Add salt and green chillies. Mix well and cook for 1-2 mins. Then add the water.
  5. Rinse the rice and discard the lentil’s skin which floats all over. Then add the rice into the wok.
  6. Bring to boil and wait until almost all the water disappear and bubbles are seen. Add freshly chopped coriander and cover with lid. Cook on lowest flame for 7-8 mins.
  7. Open the lid and lightly mix the rice inwards.
  8. Serve with plain yogurt.
