  6. Now take wheat flour add salt add semolina with water kned little hard flour cover 5 min after 5 min add 1 spoon oil on flour mix well
  7. Now make small balls equall size dust in dry flour roll on with rolling pin make equal size puris
  8. Heat on oil in frying pan when it's heat add 1 puri fry with spektula press little all over puri fluffy puri is ready.
  9. Now serve with tempered daal hot fluffy puries. ( you can cook in presser cooker also but in open pan daal tests more.
